How to Create Success score reports fort change request

How can I create success score reports for Change Requests in ServiceNow?

I'm looking to:

• Track % of successful changes (e.g., no rollback, no related incident).

• Group results by assignment group or change type.

• Use either normal reports or Performance Analytics if needed.

Has anyone implemented this? What’s the best way to define and report on “change success” in ServiceNow?

To calculate the percentage you need to utilize performance analytics. You can then also make a breakdown for the change type.
