How to create the ticket view form in employee portal

Hi
Can any one guide me on this steps
I have created search source for incident - while searching with INC number in employee portal its displaying result is showing as form view -
In Type head I made as ticket
Result its showing as
How to enable this result to show in Ticket view
actual requirement is while searching with INC number in global search
result should display like below
ex:
Please guide me steps

So OOB type ahead search take you to /search page.
So in such scenarios we use oob functionality of “PAGE ROUTE MAPS” but i dont think that will be useful in your case.
so you may have to customise typeahead search widget which is not recommended

Hi @Resourc ,
You need to define or Edit the Search Source...Go to Service Portal > Search Sources (or Portal Definition > Search Source). Select the search source for Incident....
In that Search Source record, there’s usually a setting that specifies whether results open in a form view or a list / summary view.....If typeahead suggestions should show more than just the incident number (e.g. status, short description etc.),check the Advanced typeahead settings for that Search Source. You might need to enable Advanced Typeahead Template....
