How to disable the chatbot bubble from Virtual Agent

Hi Team,

 

I would like to check if we can disable servicenow chatbot bubble .

Is there a place in Virtual Agent Servicenow where we can do this?

Could you give me some steps on this.

the Virtual agent is shown on bottom right of portal.

You can disable it for particular portal

go to table "sp_agent_chat_config " and disable the row for which you need to remove from portal
