I want to display the sum of hours of each incident since opened to closed but my score won't appear.

Hi @Neil_Carlo24 ,
As far as I can see, this is an automated indicator that you have configured - correct? Can you please share what you have configured? From top of mind, you have the OOTB field "resolution rime" which will provide you what your looking for in a standard list view. Resolution time gives you the time from opened --> Resolved.
