I could see List Action for Import but it's inactive OOTB
I activated it and saw it in some workspaces
I didn't explore it much, you can explore in your PDI
When clicked it shows me this

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar , thank you for your response. I’m new to ServiceNow and currently exploring the platform to build a strong foundation. I would really appreciate the opportunity to connect with you for a brief 10–15 minute conversation.
I have a few questions around learning paths, best practices, and how to grow effectively in a ServiceNow career. Your experience and guidance would be extremely valuable to me as I’m just starting out. Please let me know if there’s a convenient way or time to connect.
Thank you for your time and support.
thanks ,

Thank you for reaching out! It’s great to see your interest in learning ServiceNow.
Along with the courses on Now Learning, I suggest you to start participating in the ServiceNow Community platform. It’s a great place to see real-world questions from different members. These questions often come from actual projects, so you’ll learn how requirements are handled in practice. You can try different solutions in your Personal Developer Instance (PDI), which will give you hands-on experience.
This will help you understand that there are often multiple ways to solve the same problem—and you’ll learn which approach is best. It’s a great way to grow your skills and confidence in the ServiceNow ecosystem.
