I have a requirement to give icon in between a text prompt in virtual agent bot response.
eg:- This is a tick mark <tick icon> which we need to use.
and for achieving this,
I have uploaded the image to db_image table and the generated image URL is taken.
and the same is used in HTML bot response. Inside the body using img src"<instance Domain+imageURL>.
Is there any option to give the Instance URL as dynamic over here.
