On the Catalog Item Portal Settings tab, you can change the Request Method (Submit is usually a good option) or check Hide 'Add to Cart'. See attached for examples.

Hello @Poonam Joshi ,

 

It's not possible to show or hide the Add to Cart button based on a variable selection, like your "Request Type".

The button can only be enabled/disabled for the Catalog Item itself, as outlined by @Zach N .

So you would have to split this into two Catalog Items: one with the Request Type options where adding to the cart is allowed, and a second one for the other Request Types.
