How to increase the size of virtual agent Topic Name

Hi,

 

1.As part of one requirement, we need to create the virtual agent topics with lengthy names but it is not taking full name and getting truncated.

Can someone help how to increase the size of the Name field for virtual agent topic like other fields on the form

 

2. Need help for one more point,  we need to send virtual agent(bot) history to  email.

 

Any idea/suggestions will really helps

Check out the dictionary entry for the table Topic [sys_cb_topic] and Column Label Name.  I believe the default Max Length is 40 characters.

I have tried to update the size of the dictionary entry in "sys_cs_topic" and "sys_cb_topic" tables but no luck. It is still truncating the name of the topic.
