Topic translation is not happening for Polish language

I am trying to do translation topic translation for Polish language in virtual agent. For other languages its happening but for Polish its giving me below error.

 I have installed  I18N: Polish, also under language table and Virtual agent Polish lang is active

For instance, Polish language packs have been observed to install translated choices where no English choice exists, leading to inactive records. .....If you're utilizing dynamic translation, verify that it's enabled for the Polish language. This feature allows for automatic translation of topics and NLU models. Ensure that your instance is configured to support Polish in the Virtual Agent settings....
