I'm looking to run a full E2E ATF in one of my Service Requests, but I seem not to be able to locate the relevant Catalog Tasks (under RITM and REQ). Ideally, I should
1) locate this unique SCTASK;
2)assign it to a user and an assignment group;
3)write a note
4)update the status so it gets completed
These are my test steps so far:
Best Regards

Hi @BrunoPer
In step 10, use open catalog task with step 9 not 5.
It will work.
Alternative way:
In step 7 you have successfully opened Request record.
Use filter list to open RITM first and then task.'
