I have a requirement to integrate ServiceNow Virtual Agent with Nexthink automation tool through it's NQL API/Remote action API.
For ex:
Use case: outlook restart/clear memory
When the respective keyword matches based on user input in the chatbot, the respective API call should be triggered and response should be displayed to user whether the automation is success/fail.
Could someone please provide some information about this implementation if any one done/any suggestion.
