How to stop the closure of the RITM once the first catalog task set to complete

Hi Team,
How to stop the ritm closure once the catalog task set to closed complete. Can u pls help me on this issue. I have tried business rule login on both catalog task and RITM but still the system is changing the RITM state to closed complete.

What BR on RITM did you try, can you show?
How is that closure happening? have you checked the flow / workflow running for the RITM?

I have tried with after BR on the RITM table but no luck and also i have tried to identify how the closure happening but unable to find anything.

did you check which BR or script is doing that?
