How to upload a document in ServiceNow Virtual Agent and provide it to the user

I have a document which needs to be provided to the end-user by the ServiceNow Virtual Agent Bot. 
I want the Virtual Agent to provide the document. I don't have a link or any cloud form of the document, I have the copy which can't be uploaded anywhere and when the user chooses the option I want the VA to provide the respective document for the end user.
