I have a Submit Catalog Item Request action in flow it didnt craete new ritm

Hi, I have a flow where I am calling Submit Catalog Item Request action which will craete new ritm for different catalogue item, earlier it was working fine but now no ritm generated.

Is it working after your instance upgraded to Yokohoma. Then you can see Following KB:

Hi Tanushree,

 

Its not look up record issue, its Submit Catalog Item Request action since it didnt create ritm thats the reason look up record got failed.

Hi @AkshataP30 ,

 

Can you check the sysid in sc_cat_item directly which you are passing in the action. Probably the sys_id is not matching or the action is not configured. If not resolved please share the expanded view of your submit catalog item request action for better debugging.
