Impacted CI/Services when removed in the incident form then removed message appears in the activity

Hi All,

 

Whenever Impacted CI/Services are removed in the incident form then removed message appears in the activity stream. Attached image for reference. I don't want these CI or service messages to appear in the activity. How to achieve this, please suggest.

Hi @Nandini22,

 

You can customize the fields that appear in the activity filters, if not required remove the fields from configure available fields.

Activity formatter • Australia ServiceNow AI Platform Administration • Docs | ServiceNow

Entries in the activity stream/formatter are removed or no longer visible - Support and Troubleshoot...

Hi @Srikanth_9 ,

 

Thank you for the response.

But these activity messages come under the relationship changes activity filter. If I remove this Relationship changes from activity filter, then the other relationship changes also will not be shown. I want only these messages to be not shown when impacted ci/services are removed.
