In Incident table Assignment group not showing correctly.

Hello @AmrutJ ,

 

Verify on dictionary table that assignment group is correctly referencing to sys_user_group. Additionally check display is true or not on sys_user_group.

System Definition > Dictionary in your navigator. Filter the list where the Table is sys_user_group. Look at the "Display" column in that list view. You will likely notice that either none of the fields have it set to true, or it accidentally got set to true on the wrong field.

sys_user_group table doesn't have any field marked as Display=true at dictionary so it will pick name field as display=true

Was this working fine previously and you recently upgraded?
