Inbound Email action to create request

Hi All,
I'm creating service request using inbound email action in flow designer. I am using sn_sc.CartJS in custom action to submit the request.
I am able to submit the request, but the issue is when the request is created "Requested for" is populated correctly as user but the created by shows as system, opened by field shows empty. is this correct behavior?
If this is expected behavior, can you please help if there is any solution to get the created by and opened by set as the user who is submitting instead of a system user "system".
We can update after the fact by doing a update once the request is created which I think is not the right way to fix it.
Any thoughts or feedback is much appreciated.
