I have a requirement to create an incident from an inbound email address within a distribution list. We have configured the Email address within the distribution list to create incidents. When the email address is emailed directly, an incident is successfully created. When the request is submitted to the distribution list, it creates a case. We can't use the distribution list as the inbound email trigger because it receives requests outside of requirement. The flow should look like this:
Email sent to ((email address)distribution list) -> Incident created

- Mute

The distribution list should hopefully have an email address. You would setup up the inbound action to use this email address.
