Hi,
I wanted to know the purpose of "Hold Duration" field for interaction records. I was unable to find any business rule or script that might populate the value into the field.
Thanks!

Hi @mitanshi-mandlo,
I tried checking in my PDI for the "Hold Duration" field but couldn't find it in either the interaction table or the dictionary entries of all tables. There might be two possible scenarios:
It could be a custom field.
The dictionary might have overridden the field label.
Could you please share the column name for this field?
If my response helps you, please mark it as "Accept Solution" or hit the thumbs up to indicate it was helpful.

Hello @mitanshi-mandlo
I have worked on interaction for fairly long time and haven't ever seen any hold duration field.
Are you sure it's an OOB field and not a custom field ??
Please check in the dictionary for the backend name of its prefixed with u_ - it's a custom field.
Kindly mark my answer as helpful and accept solution if it helped you in anyway. This will help me be recognized for the efforts and also move this questions from unsolved to solved bucket.
