Is it possible to create button on major incident workbench just like view form and resolve?

Hi All, Is there any option to add UI action on MIM just like view form and resolve button. I have created a UI action called send survey but want to be use that button in major incident workbench.

Please suggest me if we have any way to achieve this.

Sorry @Brijmohan, could you possibly explain what is your goal to achieve in this?

You mentioned MIM workbench, then resolve button and send survey... it is not clear what you are trying to do.

Please explain the scenario what you want to happen, then you said you created some UI Action, please share it for a review. And also explain what errors or obstacles you face as you said you created that button, so what does it do or doesn't do??

Hi @GlideFather , I have post incident survey button on incident form. I want to create same button on Major incident workbench just like view form. 

Just wanted to check how we can achieve this?

Created this button to send maunal survey. Functionality is working fine, only want to shift this button on major incident workbench form.

I believe the mim is a UI page

So you need to check if it's feasible to add button there
