Issue: Configuring the text snippet that is generated from the knowledge card from AI Search

Hi everyone,

 

Does anyone know how to configure the text snippet that is generated from the knowledge card from AI Search? The text snippet taken from the article body isn't consistently from the top of the article body; sometimes it's from the middle, sometimes it's from the end, so I was wondering if anyone has run into this issue before. I believe this involves configuring the EVAM configurations, but I'm not too sure about that.
