Issue regarding editing a catalog item in Catalog Builder.

Hi Community,
I am not able to edit the catalog item I created in DEV instance. I tried from the maintain items also which shows every field as read only. In Catalog Builder, it shows as Checked Out and following message appears if I click edit button: This item cannot be checked out. If it was just published, please try after some time.
I am facing this issue from yesterday. Can anyone suggest what might be the issue? I had clicked review and submit after some customization. Any chance I can edit and customize the catalog item again?
