ITSM Task Intelligence and Workspace

Hello

 

I would like to know if it's possible to use ITSM TI in a CSM/FSM Workspace or it is reserved only for Service Operations Workspace ?

Hi @Nenad Berbatovi ,

ITSM Task Intelligence is not for CSM/FSM Workspace, it's only for SOW.
