Whenever user searches for an query through Virtual agent on Service Portal, it opens up the knowledge article URL on another tab after clicking on "Read more" however Virutal agent is intergrated in Microsoft teams and when user click on knowledge article there, it opens up the Service portal home not the complete knowledge article page.
Any suggestions to resolve this issue.
