Hello,
Has anyone done stats on the Knowledgebase Average Article Rating?
Looking online for ideas on how to produce this report and could use some ideas.
Thanks in advance.

Hi @adejong,
This is actually readily available via the 'Ratings' link under 'Knowledge' in the Navigation Menu.
All articles are displayed where ratings have been applied. From here you can create various reports including displaying the Average. (Simply right-click on any of the Table headers such as 'Rating', select 'Pie Chart', and edit the report options for your needs)
To help others, please mark correct and helpful.
Thanks,
Robbie

No worries @adejong
From the ‘Ratings’ link and list view you can easily create a report as I described above. (Right click on any of the column headers displayed on the list view, select pie chart which will take you to the report page… from here you can change the report back to a list view and then configure the report to be averaged on the feedback value)
So as to help others, can you mark my response as helpful and / or correct.
Thanks,
Robbie
