Not able to see the Knowledge blocks in the self service article.

Hi Team,

When I view an article in the knowledgebase in the self-service,

Then I see: I do have the capability to add Knowledge blocks.

I have Enable checkbox related to blocks in the knowledge base, even though i cant see knowledge blocks, in the

self-service> knowledge > opened the respective Knowledge base > Article.

 

How to achieve this.

You cannot add knowledge block in self service (portal) that is done from native UI.

Who is authorized to see and add the knowledge block to the Article and which role is required.

Authors can add knowledge block to kb article while creating them.

 

Users who have access to kB article should see kb blocks as well unless some different roles are added to kb blocks.
