So the Now Virtual Agent has been successfully set up in our Slack Sandbox and linked to our ServiceNow Sandbox for testing. I open the Slack app and attempt to link my ServiceNow account to it and all looks normal initially...
When I click "Link to ServiceNow" though, it seems to not be detecting my Slack account and showing "undefined" instead:
I hit Confirm and it says that the account was successfully linked to "undefined" even though I definitely have a ServiceNow account. When I go back to Slack, it's definitely linked to what looks like a randomly generated account:
We also have the "ServiceNow for Slack" app setup and I was able to connect that app to my ServiceNow account seamlessly without issue. Was there an important step missed during the Now Virtual Agent setup perhaps? Thanks in advance for any help!
