List view values need to read only on csm_fsm_workspace

Hi All,

When i am using on cell edit client script the from list view values not read only .it is editable only.

How we make read only.

Need only list view form we are not showing the fields.

 without acl solution if possible.

Hi Supriya,

You can try using a list_edit ACL to prevent inline editing of specific fields while keeping them editable on the form.

1. Elevate your role to security_admin.

2. Navigate to System Security >> Access Control (ACL) and create an ACL for the required table and field, with the operation set to list_edit.

3. Select Advanced and use the following script:
   

answer = false;

1. Review the Admin overrides setting according to your requirements.

2. Test the behavior in CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace to confirm that list editing is blocked while form editing remains available.

onCell edit won't run in workspace list

list-edit ACL doesn't run in workspace list

the only option is to use UI builder workaround listed here or try to use before update BR and use current.setAbortAction(true) and stop the update

How to enable Inline Editing for this list?
