We have a requirement to remove the message "This conversation is timing out. Are you still there?" that appears on the user's side after a period of inactivity or when the chat is idle.
Currently, the system property com.glide.cs.idle_chat_reminder_message does not have any value set in our instance. However, the message still appears and I would like to understand where it is coming from despite the property being empty.

If your property is of type String, then the value field should not be empty.
Please try to pass (" ") this as value
