Live agent remove attachment icon

We are using Agent Chat (Live Agent) on the Employee Center (ESC) portal, and we need to completely remove the file upload (paperclip) icon from the chat input box to prevent users from uploading attachments.

In my pdi im unable to find assistant designer module , please check in your instance .
