Loaner asset which is is not pending disposal andRepaired state are showing in loaner request form

As per the product documentation, asset with any one of the following states and substates should be showing in the loaner asset form. But we have assets showing up in the form which doesn't belong to these states.Please let me know which script decides the visibility
