Mailto. email template query

I'm attempting to use the mailto. email approval for 3 x different approval options and 1 x reject, but the workflow defaults to the same option no matter which of the 3 x approval options are selected. 

Any help or pointers would be much appreciated

Hi @RhianClarke 

 

I think you need to use a Switch activity after your approval. The Switch activity performs a check to determine if the value of a passed field or variable is equivalent to one of several case values. Then you can run script for email template query as required. 

 

Also, if you want to do something else then please share snapshots of your workflow.

I've had a look at Switch, but I'm not sure it will help since my task conditions are based on the approval email but don't impact a field or a variable.

Here's some sshots of the workflow and a closer look at how one of the conditions is set up - what I'm finding is that conditions 1,2, or 3 all follow the flow of condition 3
