Messages are not getting translate to other languages

I have translate all the topics in VA by using machine translator. But only component messages are translating to other language. And messages we written in script are not translating.

in above code all the message with gs.getmessage are not translating to user current chat language

You need to create separate records for them in UI Message [sys_ui_message] table for each language you want to use. For more information about UI Messages, refer to this article from the product documentation.
