MITRE Att&ck workflow template to Security Incident is not working

Hi Team,
for Security incident we craeted extraction rule to fetch the Mitre attack tactics and techniques to be added to SIR record even category is populated. But as per document https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/yokohama-security-management/page/product/security-incident-r... even though category is there on SIR record workflow is not attached we can not see Response tasks getting added to SIR.
Kindly suggest if we are missing anything here.
