Hi @v-paulp ,

To complete the previous answers, bear in mind you have two views depending whether a new incident is being created (view: Service Operations Workspace new record) or whether you're working on an existing one (view: Service Operations Workspace).

Hi @v-paulp Ensure your in ITSM workspace application--> go to incident form, layout and look at view "workspace" which is used in SOW

Hi @v-paulp

1. Navigate to Operational Workspace: Start by logging into your ServiceNow instance. If your role allows it, access the Operational Workspace by searching for it in the application navigator or selecting it from the ServiceNow dashboard if it’s available.

2. Access Incident Form: Once in the Operational Workspace, find and open an incident form. Typically, this can be done by selecting an existing incident from a list or creating a new one for testing purposes.

3. Enter Configuration Mode: Look for a way to enter a configuration or design mode. In some versions, this is done by selecting an option like “Configure” or “Design” within the form view or from an options menu. This step allows you to modify form layouts or add/remove fields.

4. Modify Form Layout:
Add/Remove Fields: Once in configuration mode, you can typically drag and drop fields to add them to the form or remove them as needed.
Rearrange Fields: Click and drag fields to rearrange their order on the form.
Section and Tab Configuration: You might want to organize fields into sections or tabs for better organization. Look for options to add new sections or configure tabs.

5. Use Form Designer (If Available): In some ServiceNow versions, there’s a Form Designer tool that provides a more graphical interface for form editing. If this tool is available, it can be a more straightforward way to edit forms, including the incident form in Operational Workspace. Access it by navigating to “System UI” > “Form Designer” and selecting the Incident form.

6. Save Changes: After you’ve made the desired changes to the form layout, don’t forget to save your changes. There should be a save or update button in the configuration or designer tool.
