Move update set from "previewed" back to "in progress"

Hello, i have a update set that has been moved from IN PROGRESS to PRIEVIEWD. How do i change it back to IN PROGRESS? do i have to commit it or something?

There is a different meaning of "in Progress" and "Preview" and "Commit"

Please elaborate your issue more.

Just to help you, your update set in the lower instance can be either "Completed" if you want to move it OR it can be "In Progress" if you are working.

When you move your update set, the update set will be "Completed" in the lower instance and you will have to "Preview" it in the higher instance.
And if you want to apply the changes in the higher instance, you will have to "Commit" the update set.

Hello i still wanna work on this update set, since im not done with what i was doing. How do i take it back to the point where i can select and work on it again?

Okay, you are probably in your higher instance where you have migrated your update set. As you have to work on it again, Do not commit it in this instance of where you have added the screenshot.

Navigate to your lower instance (Dev instance) and create a new update set by navigating to "Local Update set" and give the name whatever is suitable example "asd22_V2". In this way you will have two update sets in the dev instance, one will be the previous one (Completed), and the one which you have created new. Make the new update set as your current update set and start your work.

This update set is in my dev instance, i importet it since we had upgraded to new version of servicenow, and when i imported it the status became previewed wich i dont know why
