Service Portal Widget

Hi All! I would like to know how can I apply this widget that pops up during ticket submission on the portal to my order guide. I saw that this is a SC Widget but I cant find a way to make that pop up when the user clicks the "order now". Thank you

Getting Undefined in Virtual Agent logo

Hello, I am getting "Undefined" in place of the Virtual Agent logo beside the Articles response (Get Product Help Topic). The logo appears correctly on all other responses.Any idea why this is happening

Dear ServiceNow Community,I have a query, If I have  CSM and ISTM module, is it best to record any issues coming from customer as 'Case' only or to be captured as 'Incidents' too? My understanding is anything with the service provider to be recorded ...

Live Agent Chat interaction notification issue

Service Desk Agents doesn't hear the audio of the notification when they are chatting in live interaction in Service operation workspace. They also receive a notification with no body.I'm trying to check what is the issue, but i couldn't determine it...
