Hello,
I have a requirement to change the columns of the HR Agent Workspace, I know that in Service Operations Workspace there is an SOW view in the incident table and we can modify that view and it will be reflected in Service Operations Workspace so I tried to do the same in HR Cases but there are not views available.
Here are screenshots of the fields I want to change and Views in the slash bucket.

I have found the solution:
1. Navigate to All > HR Case Management > UI Builder for Agent Workspace for HR Case Management
2. Scroll down click on Default list under List dropdown:
3. Click on List nav
4. Now on the right section named "List nav" scroll down to the last and click on Configuration:
Configuration will be opened in new tab.
5. Now click on your Agent workspace, in my case it is Agent Workspace for HR Case Management:
6. In this agent workspace you'll see all of your categories from Workspace:
7. I wanted to changed the column in All HR Cases > All, Once I navigated there I found the List Collector as shown in figure:
8. Finally I changed fields according to my requirement and closed browser and reopened browser and all of changes were applied.

hi Tahir,
Navigate to Workspace Experience >> Workspaces >> Administration >> All Workspaces
Filter by particular workspace name and open the record
Scroll to the Related list named Workspace Lists and adjust the column for required entries.
