My Co-pilot should tell me the list of actions I need to take from the Dashboard

Can I task my co-pilot to let me know the list of open Incidents for my team

firstly, can you please better explain your requirement? Copilot is external tool from ServiceNow so how does it relate together? Copilot doesn't have access to SN so how could it tell you what actions are needed?

Secondly, Copilot in particular is hallucinating a lot for SN agenda, perhaps you had better experience but for me it's betetr not to use than to actually use it... google gives so much better answers than Copilot.

Please, what's the question then?
