自動的なAddional Commentsの追加

何か作業をした時に(例えばファイルを添付したり削除したりした時)、それに関連して自動的にAdditional Commentsが登録されますが、これはデフォルト設定ですか、それともどこで別に設定するのですか? 設定をするとしたらどこでするんですか? もう一つ質問がありますが、メールにファイルを添付して送る時にコメントを入力しなかったのですが、Notificationが通知される理由は何でしょうか? これも別に設定できますか?
