I have a requirement where I need t make mandatory comments for the KB article in Native UI so that users can submit the feedback for the KB article in Native UI when helpful "No" selected (popup needed with reasons for feedback) as mentioned in the screenshots and a feedback task to be created.
Anyone worked similar kind requirement please provide suggestions how to achieve this requirement.
