We are currently migrating several classic dashboards to Next Experience UI and have a few questions regarding compatibility.
We've noticed that:
- Some widgets are displayed in Compatible Mode after migration.
- Some migrated Content Blocks show the warning:
"This is a migrated content block. Behavior may be different than expected."
My questions are:
- Do all classic dashboards eventually support migration to Next Experience, or are some dashboard widgets permanently unsupported?
- Is it safe to continue using widgets running in Compatible Mode in production?
- Have you experienced any issues with migrated Content Blocks (rendering, functionality, performance, upgrades, etc.)?
- What is the recommended approach for dashboards containing legacy widgets, Content Blocks, iFrames, or custom pages?
We are trying to understand whether these warnings can be safely ignored or whether such widgets should be redesigned before moving to production.
Any recommendations or real-world experiences would be appreciated.
