Hi Everyone,
Catalog item links generated through Virtual Agent are currently redirecting users to the SWP/Virtual Agent portal instead of our custom portal.
I attempted to update the portal configuration and replace the SWP link with our custom portal URL in Conversation Interfaces > Home > settings > URL navigation
/now/conversation/settings/record/sys_cs_portal_url_mapping/b20dcc4d532220102b57ddeeff7b1203
However, the issue persists and the links continue to redirect to the SWP/Virtual Agent portal.
Could you please advise on the correct approach to ensure that Virtual Agent generated catalog item links are redirected to our custom portal?
