NLU/keyword topics does not load in Virtual Agent Designer

NLU/keyword topics does not load in Virtual Agent Designer. Does anybody have any experience on that please?

Hi there @FatmaAfacan 

1. Open the existing intent from the source NLU model.
2. Create a new intent in the target model.
3. Manually copy over:
   • Utterances
   • Response configurations
   • Intent description
   • Sample phrases

May be you don't have any topics to show.That's why it is keep loading.Create a topic and test it

I could see my topics.

Thanks for your replies however I am sure that we have any topics to show.

@Brian Bakker Any ideas on this? We have OOB and custom topics both in [sys_cs_topic] and [sys_cb_topic] tables as Model Type "NLU/Keyword" however they are not getting loaded in Virtual Designer "NLU/keyword" tab. I suspect Zurich release upgrade as before the upgrade we do not have any issues.  Can you please advise on this?

Please check that the application "Conversational Studio" [sn_convo_studio] is up to date, or repair it.

You should be seeing errors in the Browser Console during the "infinite" loading page when trying to load the NLU topics in Assistant Designer, such as -

Failed to load resource: /api/sn_convo_studio..get-user-activity
the server responded with a status of 400 (Bad Request)

Requested URI does not represent any resource
