Non- conversational catalog is not opening in new page through virtual agent topic

Hi All,

 

We are working on creating a new topic to request a catalog item through Virtual agent.

The issue we are facing is whenever a catalog is searched through the topic and if it is of type non-conversational the catalog in the carousel view is not opening in new window and the chat is getting end.

 

I have made the property glide.sc.va.render_type.legacy true and sn_itsm_va.com.snc.itsm.virtualagent.portal_url to required portal but still the catalogs are not opening in the new tab.

 

Any help to make the non-conversational catalog to open in new tab will help!
