Virtual Agent Fallback Topic

Hi ServiceNow Community,
In Virtula Agent fallback topic flow, there’s a decision based on vaVars._topic_strategy == "unknown" vs. not unknown, which leads to different messages (“Wrong Topic” vs. “Topic Not Found”).
I can’t find where _topic_strategy is set, and I can’t trigger the “Wrong Topic” message during testing.

 

I need help on below questions

  • Where (and when) is vaVars._topic_strategy assigned "unknown"?
  • How can I test the “Wrong Topic” message path?
