Now Assist Error on "show my approvals" prompt

We are implementing Now Assist for Virtual Agent on Zurich, I'm currently trying to get response on my approvals but I'm getting an error
"You don't have the required access to complete this request. Try another request."
I have admin access on the platform

Resolution
Choose one of the following approaches based on your security requirements:
- Option 1: Instruct users to elevate their privileges before triggering the AI Agent or Agentic Workflow. This preserves the existing security posture.
- Option 2: Assign a different, non-elevated role in the Agent and Agentic Workflow Access Role Configuration instead of the elevated role (e.g., use a custom role without the Elevated Privilege flag).
- Option 3: Uncheck the "Elevated Privilege" flag on the role. Note: This is a broad security change that affects all ACL evaluations instance-wide for that role — evaluate the implications carefully before applying in production.
