Now Assist in Virtual Agent

How to enable this need more help? option / topic. I tried checking in sys_cs_topic table didn't find any. How to enable this option?

“Need more help?” is not a topic in sys_cs_topic; it comes from Search Assist / VA fallback.
Enable it by turning on Virtual Agent → Administration → Search Settings → Enable Search Assist (and optionally fallback to Agent Chat).

I am unable to find the option Enable search Assist @Matthew_13. Can please help me with more details?

Look under Virtual Agent → Administration → Search Settings for the Enable Search Assist toggle.
If you don’t see it, the VA Search plugin isn’t active—install/activate it and the option will appear.
