Now Assist status of my ticket showing Error.

We are implementing Now Assist for Virtual Agent, I'm currently doing a simple operation to check the status of my ticket but I'm getting an error

"You don't have the required access to complete this request. Try another request."

 

I'm Admin on the platform, anyone facing this issue.

Looks like there is manual activation processes for few AI agents which used to enable in platform as part of virtual agent like "Check my ticket status" rebranded and build as AI agent "Request Status Agent".

Hi @Abhinav Joshi2,

 

debugging the Now Assist capabilities is difficult to impossible :(( as it is AI, then it is obviously not a PDI so you create a case from Support Portal to get assistance from SN.

Goto:

AI Agent Studio > Overview

 

1. Navigate to AI Agents Tab

2. Click View all in bottom right

3. You should see now "Request Status Agent".

4. Open that Agent and Click "Continue" to you reach "Select channels and status"

 Scroll to bottom you will see "Activation status". Turn that toggle to on and then "Save and Test"

 

Skill will work Now.
