Is it possible to resize the Icon and update the text in the feedback icon panel in Now Assist Virtual agent. Please refer the screenshot below.

if it is possible then I don't know how... create a case from the Support portal to get an offical answer from ServiceNow.
Very poor workaround: I checked on my side and the size is responsive so if you zoom in/out in the browser, the icons panel rearranges accordingly..
